Digital Marketing Specialist


We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our global Marketing team. This role will focus on analyzing Digital Marketing performance, CRM data, and customer behavior across all our digital channels to drive actionable insights. The function bridges Marketing strategy and data analytics to drive measurable business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Digital Tools Analytics

  • Analyze performance metrics and utilization of digital channels
  • Monitor and report on KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, user engagement
  • Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting frameworks
  • Provide insights and optimization recommendations to improve conversion rates and engagement
  • Track user behavior


CRM Analytics

  • Analyze CRM data to evaluate lead quality, conversion rates, segmentation effectiveness, lifecycle performance, and customer retention
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies based on behavior and performance trends
  • Drive customer segment analysis for digital portal content and engagement tracking


Digital Customer Portal Customer Tracking

  • Track and analyze user behavior within and across digital portal modules
  • Identify friction points in the customer journey
  • Provide insights to enhance UX, personalization, and engagement strategies
  • Focus on conversion rate optimization, tracking conversion
  • Digital Customer Portal access management, user analysis


Competencies / Skills:

Agile team player, strong analytical mind, digital savvy, excellent communication skills, proactive, curious and open minded, customer centric mindset


Profile:

  • Education: Business, Economics, Marketing or Communication university degree background (BS)
  • Experience: 2+ years experience in Marketing analytics, digital performance analysis. Work experience in international Sales & Marketing environment or COM agency. Knowledge of customer journey mapping
  • IT: MS office - especially excel and ppt, advanced knowledge in Google Analytics, CRM platforms
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, any other language is an asset
